How to Use the FLIP ZERO
Lubricate the interior of the FLIP ZERO Close and lock into place with Slide Arms, and lubricate the insertion point.
Once inside, squeezing the Pressure Pads will allow air to escape an internal One-Way-Valve, creating a strong suction sensation.

I enjoyed this product for 1-2 months after getting it. It feels great, but unfortunately, the plastic clasps used to keep it closed are just too small and weak, resulting in one breaking. For the price point, this is something that really shouldn't be an issue. Hopefully a new version will come out with a stronger clasp.
I purchased this product on April 20th and received it on the 22nd, 2 days later. I used it and loved it but today the morning of may 26th after leaving it out to dry I noticed one of the locking hinges to keep it closed is broken after being used as directed less than a dozen times, I expected a product that cost ~100USD to last longer than 34 days. I looked into a warranty and it appears that Tenga only offers a 30 return policy for defective products. I am extremely unhappy this happened and went from being a very happy customer considering future purchases to a very upset customer that will take my business elsewhere if this is how they do business, I strongly suggest you save take your money somewhere else.

It's small. I don't really know how to sugarcoat this. The entrance is very small and even when I'm able to get inside you can tell the front of the device is flexed all the way. Other than that, it does its job. The pressure changes you can do from gripping, especially on different parts, makes for a more interesting experience. Overall though, I don't know if it's worth the price tag. Cleaning is easy but the instructions show that you're supposed to open the device and have it hang above the detachable piece, but I really don't think this makes any difference from just laying it on its side.
The instructions are all in Japanese. I spent two years there but can not read this. I can not turn it on. I have charged it for 48 hours so that is not the problem. I have tried everything I can think of but I get no sign of life. I would appreciate a response within a few days or I will return it for replacement or refund.

It may be possible that there was a misunderstanding between the various products in the FLIP ZERO range. Please note that the FLIP ZERO Black is a totally manually operated device, whereas the FLIP ZERO EV Black (https://usstore.tenga.co/products/tfz-102) is the electronic version which features integrated vibration cores.
