Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
- You can cancel at any time by going to My Account > Manage Subscription. Unfortunately we aren’t currently able to pause or skip subscription periods. We’re able to offer these low prices thanks to your continued subscription, and hope for your understanding.
- When is delivery? Can I change delivery dates?
- The first delivery will be made on the next business day after the order date; the second and subsequent deliveries will be made on the 25th of every month after the first order for Monthly Course customers.
The second and subsequent shipments will be sent on the 25th of every third month from the date of your first order for those on the 3-Month course.
(Example for Monthly Course customers: Subscribed on June 4th, shipment on June 5th, second order shipped on July 25th)
(Example for a 3-Month Course customer: Subscribed on June 4th, shipment on June 5th, second order shipped on September 25th)
If the 25th of the delivery month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the order will be shipped on the weekday immediately before the 25th. We do not accept changes in delivery dates.
- Can I change from the 3-Month Course to the Monthly Course or from the Monthly Course to the 3-Month Course?
- If you wish to change your Course Plan, please cancel your current Course and then purchase the new Course of your choice. We settle recurring subscription payments on the 18th of each month, so if you wish to change your subscription, please cancel it before the 18th.
- Will I know what is in the next box beforehand?
- While you can see what's in the Subscription Box for that month on the website, since the items are selected based on our recommendations and best-sellers, we’re unable to notify you beforehand about the contents of the next month's box.
- Can I choose which items go in the box?
- At this time we are unable to change the contents of the boxes, nor can we ship previous months' Subscription Boxes after the month has passed.
- When will I be charged for my subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or every three months, according to the Course you have subscribed to. The first invoice will be on the date you subscribed, and subsequent invoicing will occur on the 18th of each month for the Monthly Course, and on the 18th of every 3rd month for the 3-Month Course.
- What payment options are available?
- At this time we can only accept orders by credit card. Amazon Pay is not an available payment option at this time.
