Same issue as most, but better than most.

I realize some guys (perhaps even the majority, I cannot say) like stimulation on the head. I don't care for head stimulation, and for me, the head gets extremely sensitive during orgasm, and not in a good way. I need a cavity area at the end. An open area where the head is not being stimulated during ejaculation. I cut out the top four posts (two from each side) and fill the holes with silicone. After that, it is the best masterbator I have used...and I have owned 6 different Flesh Lights. I even tried to talk to Fleshlight's design teams, but they were not very responsive (I am of the opinion that Fleshlight purposefully makes their product suck, just enough, so that you pay them more money trying to find a decent one). I have not attempted discussion with Tenga. The product is good enough for the price to satisfy my needs. I just bought my second Tenga Flip. The first one wore out in about a year. I am slightly above average size, and go for about 20 - 40 minutes on average, 3 times per week. I do use Fleshlight lubricant (superior to the Tenga lubricant). One bottle lasts more than a year with my use. So financially -it's all good. I could recommend some very slight design changes that would make it unparlelled in sensation. But this is likely the brand and model I will use for life. You know, until the full humanoid androids start coming out.

Awesome But...

Great feel, only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because one of the little blue posts came loose and now pokes through the silicone from time to time during use. Replacing it with the strong hoping it will last longer.

Improvement on paper, downgrade in execution

I originally purchased a Flip Hole several years ago and held onto it for a while because it was a very effective design, though not without room for improvement. Now the silicone is wearing out on the Hole, so when I decided to replace it this time I bought a Tenga product again because their Flip Orb looked like an improvement on the design of my older product. My main issue is that the Flip Orb is just not very comfortable on the inside. The stiff plastic posts sticking up inside the silicone are a lot stiffer and more unusual feeling than I expected them to be. As a result, I do not find it very enjoyable to use.

Overall, the design of the hinge and opening are a noticeable improvement over the Flip Hole, which is why I give this product 2 star instead of only 1. However, my second major issue is that while it is still very easy to clean, the Flip Orb is very difficult to dry! The product images of the Orb show it standing up on top of the cap slightly open in a V shape for drying purposes. Unfortunately, this position causes all the water to pool in the cap area where it sits and does not evaporate at all. What a poor method! Even the Flip Hole, which had a very flimsy drying method, was easier and took less time to dry than the Flip Orb. Drying the product with the opening facing down into a plastic cup was a serious error in design and a big step backward in my opinion because now I have to figure out my own custom drying solution or deal with a perpetually dripping wet product.

If I am ever going to purchase a Tenga Flip product again, these functional design issues will need to be addressed, but it seems this time I just made a bad choice without doing enough research.

A Side-grade to the Flip Zero

I purchased the Flip Zero about a year ago and want to switch to something new and because the Zero had worn out quite a bit.
While I love the Flip Zero, it had its downsides. There's a bit too much silicon area on the outside and that the first part that get worn out, it also get sticky overtime even if you clean it well. The hinge is expose so the silicon cover it get torn off easily, though that never became a problem for me personally, but it probably will if I use it a bit more. The grip at the opening is not that strong and the internal structure worn off easily. But it is Fantastic sensation wise.
To the Flip Orb. The silicon area outside is kept to a minimum. The hinge is much better covered and the pressure pad is curve so it's stronger and easier to use. This time the grip at the opening is Too strong, If you're circumcised it might be a good thing, but otherwise it could get in the way. The general shape of it also meant it's easier to use. The cap is a bit more loose, but the 2 halves clicked together so I never found it to be a problem. However the overall sensation is a bit less than the Flip Zero.
I was never a big fan of the orb in the Flip Zero since it didn't really do anything, and its the main feature here. I usually need to use a bit more lubricant to achieve the same result as the Zero.

In summary, much easier to use and clean but the sensation is a slightly worse compare to the Zero. Would recommend for the casual uses.
To Tenga, I think you should just ditch the orb design in the next line of product.

Nice, but not great

I purchased a Flip Zero not too long ago and am very pleased with it. So, I thought it would be nice to have another Flip for a different feel. From the first use I realized why the designers made a more stable closure for the Flip Zero. The "cap" on the Flip Orb has much to be desired. It can easily pop off during use, and while it seems to create a good seal at the end where it fastens, it does little to prevent leaking of lubricant along the sides of the unit. If you're thinking of buying one of the Flip devices, go with the Zero line.
