It has been a couple of days since I placed my order, where is my package?

All orders will be sent out automatically from our warehouse in Torrance, CA. All orders begin to be processed for shipping 24 hours after the order is placed during the working hours of 10:00 ~ 16:00 PST or first thing the following working day. Deliveries will not be sent out during Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

The status of my package says 'delivered', but I have not received it, what should I do?

In the case of a lost package, it is sometimes with a neighbor.
If you still have not found the parcel, please contact the delivery service (UPS/USPS/etc) directly about this issue to find out more about this delivery.
The item may have been returned to your local post office.
If your parcel still cannot be located, please contact us.

What will this look like on my credit card bill?

Purchases made by credit card on the USA TENGA Store appear as "SP * USA TENGA STORE" on billing statements.

Can I change the item after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to directly change the item in your order for a different product - this is due to how our inventory system is set up.
However, what we can do is cancel your current order and issue a full refund, for you to then place a new order for the correct item.
